Jane Jose

Jane Jose is a specialist in Corporate Communications and Strategy whose work has focused in the areas of cultural and urban development and design. She was Deputy Lord Mayor of Adelaide and served for 6 years on the Adelaide City council and continues her work in community building and cultural development.

Her business, Jane Jose Strategy and Communication provides services to corporate and government clients in the government, not for profit and corporate sector.

Jane is a mentor in the Citibank Group and Allens Arthur Robinson Leadership Programmes.

Jane has more than 20 years experience as a non-executive director. As well as being Deputy Chair of the Australian String Quartet, she is a board member of Object, The Centre for Australian Craft and Design, past Chair of Symphony Australia, a board member of Belvoir Street Theatre Ltd and a board member of Care Australia. She has served on the Central Sydney Planning Committee and is a member of the Administrative Decision tribunal of NSW.

In 2002 Jane was awarded the Centenary Medal for service to Australian society.
