National Composers' Forum
The University of Adelaide
27 - 29 August 2010
We are pleased to announce that the following composers will be attending the Forum:
Ross Carey and Adam Starr, from Victoria
Mark Holdsworth, from Western Australia
Melody Eötvös and Thomas Green, from Queensland
They will have their composition workshopped with the guidance of Carl Vine, noted composer and Artistic Director of Musica Viva Australia, and performed and recorded by the Australian String Quartet
The selected composers will
- receive a special invitation to attend the Forum
- receive a copy of the CD recording of the final concert
- be invited to attend the Forum Dinner as guests of ASQ
- be offered a return economy airfare from their city of residence up to the value of $350 and a contribution of up to $200 for accommodation
