Dunkeld Weekend of Music

Due to overwhelming demand, the ASQ will host two Dunkeld Weekend of Music events in 2012 from Sunday 15 – Tuesday 17 April 2012 and again from Friday 20 – Sunday 22 April.

The Australian String Quartet (ASQ) will be joined by internationally acclaimed artists Slava Grigoryan (guitar), Daniel de Borah (piano), Andrew Goodwin (tenor) and Max McBride (double bass). These artists, together with the ASQ, will perform works by Schubert, Purcell, Dvorak and Tchaikovsky. Each concert will be preceded by an insightful introduction by musicologist and conductor Richard Divall. 

Tickets for the complete weekend experience include admission to five concerts, twilight drinks in the magnificent Macarthur Street Garden, picnic lunch and post concert dinner prepared by award-winning chef Dan Hunter served with fine wines by Tomich Wines.
